This wine has been made in the winemaking art of "Qvevri": a traditional Georgian practice consisting of fermenting the grape juice in an egg-shaped terracotta vessel (similar to an amphora) which is buried underground.

Description: A well balanced wine with fresher notes for an amber wine. Notes of jasmine tea and orange blossom, aromas of peach and quince as well as a presence of sweet spices.
Vinification: put 6 months in Qvevri with skin contact
Recommendation: to taste between 14 and 16°C with salads, stewed dishes of white meat as well as fish
